What “2 business hours” means.
After you send the request we call or text within 2 business hours. We confirm what you need, ask anything the form didn’t cover, and set a time.
Urgent?
Pick “It’s urgent” if something is leaking, won’t lock, or isn’t safe. That puts it at the front of the list for the call back.
Weekends.
Weekend work is available. Tell us on the call which days suit you.

We check the drive before we call so we can give you honest timing, and look at the place on the map so the first call is about the job, not about finding it.

What’s this going to cost me?
Nothing to find out. The call, the visit, and the quote are free. If you go ahead, the work is billed one of two ways:
Repairs and odd jobs are a $95 trip fee, then $75 an hour.
Bigger projects, like a remodel or built-in shelves, get one flat price, agreed before work starts.
Your quote says which it is. We usually pick up the materials, or you can buy your own.
Am I committing to anything by sending this?
No. Sending it just asks us to call you. You decide after you’ve seen the quote, and we only contact you about this request.
Is my job too small?
No. One door that won’t latch is a normal call. If it’s very small, we may suggest adding a couple of other things so the trip fee is worth it.
What if I don’t know what’s wrong?
That’s normal. Pick the closest option above and tell us what you’re seeing, like “the back door won’t latch.” Working out the fix is our job.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Expand Handyman LLC is a Washington registered general contractor, registration EXPANHL741O4. Check it on the state L&I site.
Work that needs a licensed electrician or plumber isn’t ours to do. If your job does, we’ll tell you on the call.
Do you come to me?
Anywhere in Clark County: Vancouver, Camas, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Washougal, La Center, Hockinson, and Brush Prairie, where we’re based. We serve Washington only and do not accept Oregon jobs.
