If you submit contact information, property information, photos, videos, project records, messages, access instructions, payment information, or other materials to Expand Handyman, you represent that you have the right to provide them and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant Expand Handyman the limited right to review, store, process, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential project, provide services, maintain business records, collect payment, support warranty or insurance matters, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Jobsite Access, Safety, and Documentation
Handyman work may require access to homes, buildings, yards, equipment, tenants, occupants, utilities, parking areas, and other property features. Customers are responsible for providing accurate access instructions, identifying known hazards, securing required permissions, and ensuring that Expand Handyman can reasonably access the work area. Expand Handyman may document site conditions, work progress, safety issues, damage, completion, and related matters through notes, photos, videos, measurements, and similar records.
7. Ownership
The website and its content, including text, graphics, design, branding, and the selection and arrangement of those materials, are owned by Expand Handyman or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or by written permission from Expand Handyman, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from the website or its content.
